Gabriel Langeveld
Gabriel has more than 30 years of international experience within the
international consumer goods environment. His career started at L’Oréal in the Netherlands and then quickly developed into senior marketing, business development and strategic leadership roles in various countries in Europe, Asia and in the United States.
His expertise is built on brand building, omni-channel distribution strategy and transformation of organizations. His passion is building organizations based on the conviction that people determine whether strategy works or fails. Sustainable growth can only be achieved with excellent leadership integration and the building of high-performance teams.
As a partner at Peak4X, he implements this conviction by bringing the right leader to the right place, landing them and getting concrete results.
He puts his passion for leadership development into practice as a certified executive coach (ICF ACC). In his spare time, Gabriel is active in the cultural sector, including at the Rijksmuseum, the Dutch National Opera & Ballet and FOAM. He speaks Dutch, English, French, German and Italian.
Lebinh Luc
Lebinh brings over 25 years of experience at the intersection of people, business growth strategy, and organisational culture. Her career spans executive search, commercial leadership, board-level advice, and entrepreneurship — giving her a rare perspective as both a trusted search partner and an operator who has built and scaled organisations from the inside.
She began her career as a strategy consultant at Accenture before spending more than a decade in executive search, placing senior and executive-level leaders at corporate and family-owned companies. Her entrepreneurial drive led her to co-build a tech recruitment company, serving as COO and later CEO — working closely with founders and investors to build high-performing teams in fast-moving environments. She continues to channel this energy as a Strategic Advisor to Fountech AI.
As Partner at Peak4X, Lebinh helps private equity-backed, family-owned, and growth companies unlock their potential by aligning the right people with the right assignments. Her conviction is simple: sustainable performance starts with getting the human equation right.

Vincent van den Ende
Vincent brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling commercial operations at high-growth companies. His career spans consulting, startup co-founding, route-to-market execution, and technology innovation — giving him a rare perspective as both an advisor and an operator who has navigated complex growth challenges from the inside.
He began his career as strategic marketeer before moving into executive search and early-stage ventures. He co-founded and scaled multiple companies across tech and commercial sectors. His expertise spans business model development, go-to-market strategy, and the specific demands of building high-performing teams in fast-moving environments. This hands-on entrepreneurial experience informs everything he does.
As Partner at Peak4X, Vincent brings this commercial lens to executive search and leadership integration. He works with private equity partners and family companies to place leaders who understand growth dynamics and can execute with conviction.
Beyond his professional practice, Vincent channels his strategic thinking into building meaningful community and cultural initiatives. Most recently he served as Chairman of Vondelpark Open 2026 to support the impact of the Vondelpark for it’s visitors.
Ronald Bouwmeester
Ronald has more than 25 years of experience in executive search, entrepreneurship, and commercial leadership. His career spans senior commercial and leadership appointments, and the building of professional services businesses across the Netherlands and Germany.
This gives him the perspective of both a trusted search partner and an entrepreneur who has built and led businesses himself.
He began his career at Siemens and, after serving as an officer in the Royal Dutch Navy, held roles at Akzo Nobel and Organon in board support, sales, and marketing in the Netherlands and Belgium. In 1998, he founded Batenborch International in the Netherlands and later expanded the business into Germany, leading it for almost three decades with a focus on executive search.
As Partner at Peak4X, Ronald focuses on Executive Search & Leadership Integration, drawing on his extensive experience advising companies on senior commercial and leadership appointments and building executive search businesses across multiple markets.
Ronald holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology. He speaks Dutch, English and French.
